Knock lets you design cross-channel notification workflows once and deliver them everywhere through a single API. It includes a drop-in in-app feed, user preference management, batching and digests, and integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams. It's useful when AI features need to notify users about long-running or background tasks.
How to use it
Create a workflow in the Knock dashboard, choose its channels and templates, then trigger it from your backend with an SDK call. Add the in-app feed component to your frontend to show notifications inside your product.
Pricing
Free Developer plan with 10,000 messages/month. Starter is $250/month for 50,000 messages, then $0.005 per extra message; Enterprise is custom.
